2016-08-10 THE NEAT MARKETPLACE
My first way on that neat marketplace of St. Gallen was into a Swiss chocolate shop. There I ordered some tasters of excellent chocolate bars and a dark, short espresso. Then I searched after a location where I could get as much as possible of this marketplace on a photo. 🙂

2016-08-09 ILLUMINATI ROME
Though this is not from the movie, it reminds me of Illuminati with the mysterious frocks and the grim faces. If you go through the alleys of Rome with the old buildings you think more and more about the sceneries in the movie. 🙂

2016-08-08 BUILDINGS IN COPENHAGEN
I used some spare time in Copenhagen to climb the “Vor Frelsers Kirke” which is an interesting church, if you get nearer and nearer to the top of the steeple, the stairs get tighter and tighter and it ends with stairs so tight, that you cannot longer take a step, then you are on the highest point. There I took some photos from above and discovered squared buildings which, in that style, I have never seen before. Since this photo session wasn’t planned I took those shots with my I-Phone, which did pretty well.

2016-08-07 MISTY MOUNTAINS
One of the landscapes I liked most in “Lord of the Rings” were the misty mountains. I haven’t been to New Zealand yet but I did a shot of misty mountains in Vienna, though not so cool as the originals I like the photo. Shot with the Sony Zeiss SAL 135 1.8.

2016-08-06 HEAD WITH WATER AT THE CRYSTAL WORLD
This is really cool, eh? You can see this grassy head at the entry of the Crystal Worlds of Swarovski. It’s an artwork of Andre Heller. In the whole outside area there are artistic buildings, gardens and waterfalls. I think it’s unique in the world and a must see in the town of Wattens in Tyrol, Austria.

2016-08-05 ELECTRONIC WALL IN MILAN
This wall wasn’t for real but did a good multimedia impression after walking into this room at the Expo. It was a representation of news feeder, stock market quotes, real time information and video wall, all happening at the same time and a bit overwhelming 🙂

2016-08-04 TIME FOR JOGGING IN HONG KONG
Victoria Park impresses with views of the different skylines of Hong Kong. You get long walking paths and even professional jogging careers which are highly frequented. It’s always a bit relaxing to go into a park after many hours of the hectic city life. 🙂

2016-08-03 TIME FOR CHILLING
Malta offers some really cool lounges, like here on the photo Pearl Beach in Sliema. If you need time for relax and want a breeze of the sea in a chilling atmosphere with some good cocktails in your hand then go there. It has even a path down to the sea if you prefer the sea water over the pool. Seats and loungers are very comfortable hours will went away in a flash …
