On a Sunday afternoon, my wife Karin and I went for a walk that took us to the wine taverns in Vienna. We stopped to have a bite to eat, and Karin decided to try a non-alcoholic wine. After that experience, she said she would never do it again and preferred to stick to classic wine. Photo shot with Leica M8.

Vienna offers several city hiking trails where visitors can enjoy the natural beauty and hilly landscape of the hinterland. I traveled there with my wife, Karin, and was pleased to capture several photos using my Leica M8.

A great way to relax is to sit under a tree on a Sunday afternoon with a view over Vienna. You can drive along Himmelstraße to reach the viewpoints. The Leica M8 camera is a lot of fun to use.

Before my wife, Karin, and I drove home after our Saturday afternoon invitation, we wanted to stretch our legs. The Türkenschanzpark, shrouded in fog and illuminated by nighttime lights, provided a great opportunity for an evening walk. I also brought my Leica M8 to capture the atmosphere.

My wife, Karin, wanted ice cream in the winter. This was difficult in sub-zero temperatures, as only a few coffee houses offered ice cream. When we began our search, I had my Sony RX1R with me—a lightweight and excellent full-frame camera in a compact body.

I was strolling through the Danube Park in Vienna at night. The paths were covered with fallen leaves, and the surroundings were illuminated by the night lanterns. A father and his son were making their way home. I had my Sony A7R IV and Sony Zeiss 135mm 1.8 with me to capture some photos.
