2020-12-16 NIGHT IN BORDEAUX

There was a lot of activity in the main square of Bordeaux. People had parties on the lawn, dancing in public, and looked at the illuminated landmarks.

2020-12-12 MY WIFE IN THE ART GALLERY

Originally I wanted to visit the photo exhibition at the Deichtorhallen in Hamburg. It was closed for renovation, so I called the collection of German artists across the street. Well worth seeing, and I was also able to take good photos. My wife Karin was the model.

2020-12-08  TRE CIME DI LAVAREDO

Although I like to take on sporting challenges, I was happy that I could drive to the summit of the “Tre cime di Lavaredo” in Southern Tyrol. The pouring rain was a plausible excuse. Once at the top, the rain turned into a drizzle, and we could take the rock path. After half a kilometer, the splendor of the rocks was revealed.

2020-12-07 SUN AND CLOUDS

Sunday afternoon walks that end like this is fun. You can enjoy beautiful photos without having to put up with the long waiting times of landscape photography. Above all, such a combination of clouds and winter sun can rarely be planned.

2020-12-06 FAIRGROUND IN ITALY

Some things never change in Italy. The fairgrounds with carousel and autodrome are among the evening attractions. When I was a child and visited Italy with my parents, it is like that now—seen this year in Savona.
