2021-12-11 DECIDUAL TREES IN YOSEMITE

There wasn’t much time left before sunset, and I still had a long list of photos in front of me. I was fascinated by the mixture of deciduous trees and mountains and sun on this sidewalk.

2021-12-09 NOTRE DAME IN THE DARK

Notre Dame church, currently being renovated after the devastating fire. Still a pivotal point in Paris that you shouldn’t miss. The church is full of legend, history, and drama.

2021-12-07 PARIS AT THE SEINE

This scene is typical for many European cities. The Seine flows through the city of Paris; bridges connect the two halves. The towns were preferably built at rivers from London to Rome, Prague to Vienna to Budapest.

2021-12-04 MOUNTAIN HOTEL IN DAVOS

This hotel in Davos can only be reached by cable car, and it takes you on a journey into the past. The furnishings with old crystal luster, brass paneling, and leather armchairs are reminiscent of the 1950s, a flair that fascinated me.
