The storks seem to feel at home in Morocco. The nests were to be found on the roofs all around. Always nice to watch these birds when they look in their nests.

On leaving the Van Gogh Museum, a giant park combined with modern architecture awaits you. The park is very centrally located and connects many streets and sights.

2021-06-18 COMEBACK OF VENICE
It was only a matter of time before Venice comes back. This unique city has left the breather behind. I looked through my photos from my last visit and am fascinated again and again.

2021-06-17 ITALIAN UNIVERSITY
During our bike tour on the Lido Venice, my wife Karin and I often stopped taking photos and exploring the area. One building particularly fascinated us; we discovered that it was an offshoot of a university. We then spotted this wonderful statue in the courtyard and were ready to take photos.

2021-06-16 CINEMA UNDER CONSTRUCTION
My son Maro is standing in front of the historic Gartenbau cinema, which always showed all blockbusters first. Now the cinema is getting on in years and is undergoing a general renovation. I’m looking forward to the reopening with the movies The Godfather part 1-3 in one day, 9 hours cinema in a row. 🙂

2021-06-12 THE TREES IN LAXENBURG
Laxenburg is an excursion destination for a leisurely afternoon. You walk between meadows, ponds, and tall trees. Sometimes I am surprised that I often like simple photos in nature better than I could imagine when I took the pictures.

There is always something new to discover on the Italian roads, whether it’s the entrance gates, the balconies, or the plastering of the house walls, for me, an endless loop of photo opportunities. Milan’s streets are a good example.

2021-06-08 PRAGUE VISIT SOON
Only 3 hours away from Vienna, so I’ll be revisiting Prague this year. A great city for taking pictures. The food and Czech beer are also excellent. Another great advantage is that you can reach most areas on foot without a tram or car.
