I like cruises in big cities. They often bring exceptional views. Like here at the foot of the Eiffel Tower with a merry-go-round and a bridal couple. I was prepared for the photo with the Leica M240.

2023-04-15 CANAL IN PARIS
We took a bus, and after some minutes, we arrived at this canal in Paris. Many small shops and bars are on the streets which line the canal. Overall an area which I recommend visiting. A good opportunity to use the Voitglander 35mm 2.0 with the Leica M10.

A focal point on almost every street corner or alleyway is the French Bakery. The pastries are always crisp with a beautiful aroma. I think everyone is happy to go in there.

2023-02-17 GARE SAINT-LAZARE 2022
My must-do in Paris was to visit Gare Saint-Lazare—the very spot where the most iconic photo ever photographed was taken. The clock tower and buildings in the background are as they were in 1932. There was construction going on in the foreground.
