How often do you take a photo OOC (out of camera)? The Leica M is a camera that can most often do it without post-processing. Photoshop is not necessary here, the camera and lens did everything perfectly. The photo shows a rainy street in Bologna, Italy.

2021-10-31 ROCKS IN CAPRI
Very impressive how the rocks protrude from the sea in Capri. It would be best if you did not miss to da boat tour between the stones. A high shutter speed is required for the camera to compensate for the camera shake on the water. I used 1/1250.

2021-10-21 MERANO GARDENS
The magnificent gardens in Merano spread over several terraces. Ponds and water features appear again and again. The Trauttmansdorff Castle Gardens are an adventure garden with thousands of plants and flowers in the middle of East Tyrol.

2021-10-16 VIEW OVER VALLEY NEAR MERANO
The gardens near Merano also offer a great view over the valley. Green fields sprout and merge into the mountains on the horizon.

2021-10-12 BAR IN NAPLES
I can barely walk past an Italian coffee bar without stopping and ordering an espresso. The hustle and bustle inside is a mixture of Italian coffee culture and drinking chocolate while standing directly at the bar. Before that, you hold a receipt at the cash desk.

2021-10-08 EVENING IN ROME
Night falls over Rome. The street lamps light up the streets. Occasionally people sit on the sidewalks and curbs. The weather is mild, a good time for a glass of red wine in Rome.

2021-10-06 THE SCIENCE FICTION BEACH HOUSE
The beach house at Lido de Venice reminds me of old science fiction films from the seventies. That would make a good space station, with antennas and a command center. I would be interested, what was the inspiration for this building.

2021-10-04 RAIN IN BOLOGNA
Rain showers came down in Bologna. The streets were quickly empty; all pedestrians escaped under the arcades. Now and then, someone crossed the road, which I could use for photos.

2021-09-10 BUS STATION IN NAPLES
While I was waiting for the RedBus tour bus to leave, I was able to take some photos of the area. This man had recognized that hats protect against the extreme heat in Naples. He was always ready with his booth after a bus stopped.
