At the Vienna Masters horse tournament I could use my Sony Alpha 6000 with burst mode. This was really exciting how good it worked and I had a huge amount of very sharp photos. Especially if you think about the price tag of this camera. It was interesting that the daughter of Bruce Springsteen participated and was the winner of a contest.
Bridges in Berlin are very contrasty to bridges in Venice, architecture is more often on the modern side. I think both of them are cool and are valuable to take photos and many of them will be keepers.
What’s this, Agriturismo? Often farmhouses embedded in beautiful landscapes, with original food, wine, cheese and local specialities. Wining is done very professionally with state of the art distilleries. They offer wine and olive oil tastings, really good, but be careful if this starts forenoon, because of the wine … 🙂
Thai meat sticks with a sweet-sour chilli dip is a very delicious snack. One or two sticks are mostly not enough, at least for me. Especially if you can get them fresh roasted and drink a very cold beer thereto. I could get this all as described at a botanical garden festival in Berlin.
There are many, many bridges in Venice, sure because with those many canals it is a need to cross them. They come in in different heights, form factors and widths, but you’ll not find many with flowers. This one was near the Piazza San Marco. I did this photo after I bought some of the very nice colorful drinking glasses which are unique to Venice and Murano.
The Taj Mahal is not the one and only sight you can see in Agra. I would recommend the Tomb of I’timad ud Daulah, also a mausoleum and a little Taj Mahal. Surrounded by red brick walls it resides in a green park scenery, near the river Yamuna.
The Italian style doesn’t stop in the streets and with architecture, it continues in many shops and restaurants. The color tones and quality of those bags is wonderful, but from the price it’s also on the higher side. But looking is inexpensive 🙂
“Old man and the sea” was a book from Ernest Hemingway. My motive is no fisherman but it’s an old man for sure. The wind, surge of waves and the smell of the sea with an old man standing and looking at the wide horizon.
Amersfoort is a Dutch city with all ingredients for a beautiful day. Some canals, city wall, old town, Mondriaan exhibition, shopping street, beer pub and some cool dining destinations. Also really nice alleys, as shown on the photo here.
Often in the evening or night, the accord of colors in Venice is a wonderful spectacle. For this situations a camera should be near, preferably with a tripod or high ISO capabilities.
