After arriving in Huntsville, checking in at Holiday Inn, I got more and more the nagging feel of growing hunger. Then we went to downtown, in the meantime it was about 10 pm so I took some quick photos of the main street before searching for food.

Since Malta is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea completely and temperature is very hot, and therefore it is difficult to grow green grass, water-polo has established as an alternative to soccer. It’s one of the most popular forms of sport in Malta.
There were no bags or backpacks allowed at the Oktoberfest, so no chance to take a bigger camera, so I relied on my iPhone 6 plus and tried to take photos during the “action” in the Marstall tent, the conditions were not the best, dim light, crowded and every other second someone pushes you and don’t forget the beer … 🙂
One typical style element of the big casinos, whether Macau or Las Vegas, are the big long escalators which brings you to the different floors of the big casino buildings. Often they are built and decorated with brass and glass elements.
Standing on an exposed place with a good view of the whole area of Munich’s Hauptbahnhof brought me to the idea to take pano-photos with my iPhone, where I covered the place from the left to the right side, shooting the whole railway station.
I was in Apple stores a dozen times, but if I see one, I alway go in, even if I know that I won’t buy anything. It’s a nice atmosphere, I like looking at the devices, get a taste of the newest iPhones (mine is a 6 plus). Often it’s a reassurance, that my iPhone is good enough and currently there is no need to buy a new one 🙂 Here in Hong Kong the Apples store is in a very prominent place, near the Hong Kong Observation Wheel.
In Venice often streets are replace with waterways and then you have traffic similar to original streets, all kind of boats and ships are driving, but it looks like the left- and right rules are not so strict on the water 🙂

In Chicago you can rent bikes with credit card, take the bike immediately and drive around. I used this for a photo tour where I stopped now and then to take photos then jumped back on the saddle to continue exploring the surroundings. Then I entered this bridge where I liked the motive with rails and the train and the buildings in the background.
