2016-10-03 CHICAGO AND RAILWAY
In Chicago you can rent bikes with credit card, take the bike immediately and drive around. I used this for a photo tour where I stopped now and then to take photos then jumped back on the saddle to continue exploring the surroundings. Then I entered this bridge where I liked the motive with rails and the train and the buildings in the background.

Sometimes in the evening I grab my photo equipment, get up and look after a good place on a higher plateau and start to take photos of my hometown. Here on this photo you see the district Döbling of Vienna, this is where I live.

2016-09-29 JAPANESE PARK WITH GREEN TREES
On my list of todos for Tokyo was visiting a Japanese garden or park. I took my iPad, googled, looked which subway to take and 40 minutes later I entered this beautiful and cultured park. It was a pleasure to walk around and have a look on those nice trees and green meadows, exactly what I expected 🙂

2016-09-28 HUNTSVILLE IN THE NIGHT
We wanted to visit the Algonquin Provincial Park, the nearest town was Huntsville. I liked how the lake was integrated in this township, some people came to dinner with their motor boat. 🙂 I took this photo handheld in the darkest night to test the Sony A7S.. this was ISO 25600 !!

2016-09-27 HOTEL WITH CHAMOIS IN ISCHGL
For me, this is the coolest ski resort, Ischgl in Tyrol. Where else do you have 3-4 concerts on 2300 meter height per year with superstars on a mountain plateau called “Idalp”. In the town you have cheery atmosphere with bars and discos in alpine style. If you are near, I would recommend to go there 🙂

2016-09-26 PIAZZA IN MODICA
Modica is an incredible fascinating city in Sicily, dozens of churches, hills overcrowded with Italian houses, great food and typical Italian architecture. I walked from Espresso to Espresso, and got faster and faster with my exploration and shooting photos. 🙂 Weather was not the best, only cloudy, but for my body better than the heating sun …

For visiting a bar the usual time is later afternoon or evening but at this hot day in Cleveland we took a seat before noon to get a cold beer. I like the view of the dozens of bottles glaring in the light and reading the labels 🙂

2016-09-24 SURPRISE IN MONACO
Walking through the Japanese Garden in Monaco brought me to this exhibition centre called Grimaldi Forum. It is a really fascinating building, outside and inside. This day meant it good with me because there was a Picasso exhibition in this building, my favorite painter. And outside sunny weather 🙂

2016-09-23 STREET LIFE
In Copenhagen I could see a perfect harmony between cars and bikes. Every traffic vehicle has its own room, with not too much disturbance for other road users. Beside of this I like the cubicle buildings with the glass fronts, really cool. 🙂
